Special Occasions

Are you celebrating a Wedding Anniversary, a Birthday, a Christening or a Family Re-Union? Do you need a carefully planned and tasteful Funeral Tea to be organised? We can cater for small intimate occasions or larger occasions where we are able to offer exclusive use of our Grosvenor or Embassy Suite.

Family Events

Menus are available whether you require a buffet, informal or formal lunch or dinner. On some occasions it is possible to join in with our residential entertainment if you would like. We can help with arrangements for your Special Occasion from the planning stage to ensure it is a day to remember. There are also preferential accommodation rates available for groups of over 20 in number.

Weddings

We are able to accommodate weddings for between 20 - 100 guests. We offer set menu choices which you can see here. We are happy to accommodate any specific requirements or a combination of courses from those listed. We also cater for special diets, vegetarian, coeliac, diabetic etc. We invite you to discuss any special menu with our wedding co-ordinator. Our Wedding Package includes the following:

5 course wedding breakfast including glass of wine
Glass of bubbly for the toast. Upgrade to Champagne available
Welcome reception with glass of wine, sherry or fruit juice, served with a selection of canapés
Evening use of the Grosvenor ballroom until midnight.
Evening buffet
Master of Ceremonies
Cake stand & knife

Wedding Tariff

£36.50 per person for the package detailed above.
£8.50 per additional guest joining evening buffet
10% discount on the total bill for Weddings January - March & October - December (exc. Bank Holidays)
15% discount on the total bill for mid week Weddings
Children under 5 FREE (alternative meals for children can be supplied - please enquire)
6-10 50% 11-16 25%

Accommodation

The Bride and Groom receive preferential rates including bottle of Champagne, homemade chocolates and strawberries.
